I’m a registered osteopath, graduated from the University College of Osteopathy. My treatments strive to restore and enhance my patients’ quality of life through reducing their pain and improving their day-to-day functionality. Doing this involves looking at the body as a whole, delivering targeted holistic treatment, and incorporating a variety of structural techniques both from my osteopathic training as well as experience in sports, remedial and deep tissue massage therapy.

Sessions can be conducted in English or Portuguese. In the case of Spanish-speaking patients, while the session would be mainly carried in English, I’m able to help out in overcoming any language-related difficulties if needed.
