Overview

This website and all services are operated by our business. Throughout, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to our business. By visiting our site, booking or attending a consultation, purchasing any product, programme, package, or membership, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), including all referenced policies.

By attending a consultation or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Online Store and Service Terms

  • You must be of the age of majority or have consent for any minor dependents to use our services.
  • You may not use our services for illegal or unauthorised purposes.
  • Violating these Terms may result in immediate termination of services.

Appointments, Cancellations, and Late Arrivals

  • We operate on a 48 hours’ notice cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your appointment please give us 48 hours’ notice so that we can offer you a more convenient time and to avoid a charge.
  • If you do not attend the appointment or cancel the appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, the following charges will apply:
    — 30 mins appointments: £50
    — 45 mins appointments: £60
    — 60 mins appointments: £70
  • If you’re late 10 minutes or more for your appointment your therapist reserves the right to refuse to see you, and the late cancellation fee as above will be charged.
  • Cancellations to your appointment can be done online by calling our booking team on 03330508559. Our booking team is available Monday to Friday 8am-7pm and on Saturday 9am-12h30pm. To make, amend or cancel a booking during our booking team out of hours please use our online booking facilities.
  • Cancellations requested via email on Saturdays after 12pm and on Sundays won’t be addressed until Monday, which will count as less than a 48 hrs notice and you might be subjected to pay the late cancellation fee as above.

Membership Terms

  • Memberships are processed via Stripe or GoCardless; a valid payment method is mandatory.
  • Monthly fees are automatically debited and remain payable regardless of appointment attendance.
  • Minimum membership term is 4 months. After this, 30 days’ written notice is required to cancel.
  • Early cancellation within the minimum term incurs a £45 fee.
  • Memberships cannot be activated or maintained without a valid direct debit.

Programme and Package Payments

  • All programmes and packages must be paid in full at purchase.
  • Instalments are available only for packages £450 or more, split into two equal monthly direct debit payments.
  • Programmes and packages are non-refundable

Medical Insurance

  • You are responsible for any fees not covered by your insurer, including shortfalls, excesses, declined claims, and non-attendance or late cancellation fees.

Accuracy of Information

  • Information on this site is for general guidance only. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or outdated content.
  • Historical information is provided for reference; content may change without notice.

Products and Services

  • Certain products/services may be online-exclusive and have limited quantities.
  • We aim to display product colors and images accurately but cannot guarantee monitor accuracy.
  • We may limit sales by person, region, or jurisdiction.
  • Prices and descriptions are subject to change; products may be discontinued without notice.

Billing and Account Information

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date billing and account information.
  • We may refuse or cancel orders in our discretion.

Third-Party Tools and Links

  • We may provide access to third-party tools and links “as is”.
  • We are not responsible for third-party content or transactions.

User Comments and Submissions

  • Comments and submissions may be used by us without restriction.
  • You must not submit content that violates third-party rights or contains unlawful, abusive, obscene material, or malware.

Prohibited Uses

  • Using our site/services for unlawful, harassing, abusive, or malicious purposes is prohibited.
  • We may terminate access for violations.

Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

  • Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
  • We disclaim liability for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of our services or products

Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify us and our affiliates from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.
