Which conditions do you treat most often?
Low back pain, neck pain, tendinopathies, radiculopathy, knee pain, ankle pain, hip impingements
What happens at a first appointment with you?
I carry out a detailed subjective history which guides my objective assesments and special tests to help generate an accurate diagnosis. If there is any noted red flags from the subjective history, patient immediately referred to the appropriate medical practitioner or consultant. With the findings from my assessments, I discuss tailored treatment programme with the patient including goals and the plan to achieve those goals. I perform hands on treatment to help relief pain and review exercise programme.
What is your approach to treatment?
My approach to treatment is centered around adequate patient education, because when patients have good understanding of their condition and the treatment plan for management, it boosts patient adherence to treatment hence leading to successful results.
In the process of chasing more, don’t lose that which you already have.
