Known for my empathetic and people-centred approach, I play a key role in ensuring patients feel supported from their very first interaction with the clinic. As a Customer Service Agent, I am responsible for managing bookings, assisting patients with appointments and changes, answering queries, and acting as a point of contact for day-to-day support.
I also handle medical insurer invoicing and work within the accounts reconciliation department.
In addition, I assist the physiotherapists wherever needed to support efficient and seamless patient care.
