I began my academic journey by studying Sports Science and Physiology at the University of Leeds. This foundational knowledge fueled my curiosity for the human body’s intricacies, ultimately leading me to pursue an MSc in Physiotherapy at the University of East Anglia. With experience working both privately and within the NHS healthcare system, I have had the privilege of collaborating with individuals from various walks of life, all seeking to enhance their overall health and wellbeing.
