Our Wellness Programme has been designed to help you lead a healthier lifestyle and elevate your well-being through online content. That way we help you focus on injury prevention also outside our clinics.
We have two membership plans which will suit different people. With our memberships, not only will you get free monthly sessions, but you will also get many other perks from local Partners, and online support through our upcoming app CB Wellness.
Here’s everything you’ll get with our memberships:
Essential Wellness
What You Receive:
- Bimonthly physio or massage sessions (45 mins session)
- 5% off on any additional single treatments
- Share it with a friend or partner
- No contracts, month rolling

Elevated Wellness
What You Receive:
- Monthly Body Mastery, Physio or Massage sessions (45 mins session)
- 10% off on any additional single treatments
- Share it with a friend or partner

Ascended Wellness (Body Mastery & Clinical Pilates)
What You Receive:
- Weekly Body Mastery, Clinical Pilates, Physio or Massage (45 mins session)
- 15% off on any additional single treatments
- Share it with a friend or partner
Price:
Monthly fee: 1x a week: £352 a month (£82 per session), 2x a week: £662 a month (£77 per session)
Yearly fee: 1x a week: £3,872 (1 month complimentary), 2x a week: £7,282 (1 month complimentary)
Wellness Programme Terms & Conditions
- Your membership starting date is the date of your first payment.
- Our memberships have a minimum of 4 months duration.
- After the minimal duration, you must give 30 days notice to cancel.
- If you miss sessions one month you may be able to use them later. We assess this on an individual basis. Please discuss what might be possible with your therapist.
- You have to use all your sessions within 12 months. At the end of month 12 your membership ends and you may purchase a new one. Any sessions left over after that ending period will be forfeited and cannot be used anymore.
- You can gift as much/many of your sessions to a friend or family, so this is perfect for couples or friends who visit our clinics often. However they are not eligible to the discounts you receive.
- The yearly plans are non-refundable.
The CBR Clinics App
We’re excited to bring you the exclusive CB Wellness app. where you can access varied full-body workouts, Pilates, and other online content to help you become and stay active. You can also access the app without being part of the Wellness Programme for a fee of £6.99 a month.
