Sports Massage, Manual Therapy, Biomechanics Assessment, Acupuncture & Dry-Needling
I graduated as a physiotherapist in 2016, and in 2020 I completed a masters in Global
Healthcare Management and Leadership with Coventry University. Since then I have continued to devote my time to learning more about diagnostics and new therapy alternatives.
I have a great interest in manual therapy and gentle joint mobilisation. That, coupled with the right exercise programme, has proven time and time again to be improve my clients outcome. My skills also expand to shockwave therapy, kinesio-taping, shoe fitting and orthotics. However I think it’s very important to listen and educate my clients in whichever stage of their recovery that they are at or type of recovery they are in: acute pain, chronic pain, sports injuries, post-surgery, to mention a few.
Most of my experience is within the private sector, and I’ve also worked with swimming clubs, and football and rugby teams. I also have a special interest in dancers and how to manage the pain associated with it.
